Scrip Order - 5/8/12

I will be taking scrip orders tonight at the booster meeting. I have attached the order form. I already have 3 orders, so the shipping should be low this order.

It’s a good time to purchase gift cards for graduations, summer travel or everyday purchases.

Thank you Carol Huser for the great job you did on the banquet this year! It was a great time!

It was wonderful to see so many people attend the banquet to honor our students this year! Thank you all for coming!

Attention Everyone...

Hello Everyone,

The (highly profitable) Bingo program is in need of a few more people
to step up and train as callers for bingo.

It is the MOST important position in bingo as without a caller we
CANNOT hold bingo.
It is also the easiest job to learn and has the shortest hours (get
there a bit later than the rest and you can leave as soon as the game
is over)

Right now we have 1 caller for each of the 4 Adult bingo teams, which
is ok, but sometimes the assigned caller cannot make it and then we
have to frantically search for someone to step in.

What we need is a couple more people to train as a caller and maybe
take part of one of the teams (we can have 2 callers per night... then
the time commitment is even less) It does require a little on the job
training, but it is easy to learn.
This way IF someone cannot call, we have a bigger "pool" in which to
find a replacement.

We also need a couple more people to volunteer for general team
positions (selling packets, counting money, ect...easy jobs) We need
2-3 more for Team 3 (which is the 3rd week of the month every month)
and 1-2 more for Team 1 (first week of the month)

This program funds a LARGE portion of the band things (like
instructors, music, bus prices ect) and CANNOT run without support
from all band families.
