I downloaded the Student Bingo Schedule for May – Sept 2012, out to the pomonaband.org site under Fundraising and then Bingo. I have also started downloading teams to the Bingo Calendar on the same website. It is also attached to this email soft copy as well as posted hard copy in the band room on both bulletin boards. So there are plenty of spots to find this information.
I know there has been a lot of change with the students, so this list is who I had on the roster at the end of the year. There are some students that I have been told already that will not be returning and I have tried to leave them off of the schedule. I do make mistakes. So if your student is not continuing on in the fall, if you can please let me know so that I can work to fill that spot on the student bingo team. We really need for the students to stay involved and continue the support of bingo through the summer time. If your student is not able to work their assigned week, THEY are responsible to find a sub or switch with another student for that week. There are plenty of students that will sub or switch. Your student should then contact their Bingo manager with whom is working for them that week.
The incoming freshmen will then be added to the calendar in September to already existing teams. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact myself or Karyn Clark.
Thank you
