[RRS Run Group] 2 things

Thanks to all who ran hills yesterday.  Great idea for a change of pace, Piar.  My legs are SORE today!

#2 - is anyone planning on doing the 3W Let Freedom Run race on July 4?  It's in Louisville, but sounds like a great course - and I always like to support James and Michelle.  I am torn between the 10K and the 5K however.  Someone to run with could sway my decision.   ;-)
