Hi Everyone,

 

There is a change to the training on July 12th.  Front line has been changed to start at 5:30pm and there will be a TiPS class to follow at 7:30PM.

 

If you are interested in any training in July please let me know.  There will be additional TIPS classes in August as well.  I will send out that schedule when

I get it from Wendy.

Hello Everyone,

The training dates for July are as Follows. Please note that we only have a few TiPS classes. We will have many more in August but we need to work on the Frontline at this time. Please only send people to TiPS if they will be working the Kenny Chesney concert. If they will not be working until Broncos then they can take a class in August.

 

***PLEASE NOTE THAT EVERY VOLUNTEER MUST ATTEND FRONTLINE TRAINING THIS YEAR!!! EVEN IF THEY TOOK THE FRONTLINE TRAINING IN PAST YEARS, OUR CORPORATE OFFICE IS REQUIRING THAT ALL NPO VOLUNTEERS MUST ATTEND FRONTLINE TRAINING AGAIN THIS YEAR. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY THAT THEY WILL GET A NEW NAME TAG FOR THE 2012 SEASON. ***

CASH MANAGER TRAINING: (1 hour class)

July 7th @ 12:00pm

July 9th @ 6:00pm

July 9th @ 7:00pm

INVENTORY MANAGER TRAINING: (1 hour class)

July 7th @ 12:00pm

July 7th @ 1:00pm

BACK LINE TRAINING: 1 (hour class)

July 7th @ 12:00pm

 

ALL TRAINING REQUESTS MUST BE SENT VIA EMAIL TO WENDY PRIOR TO THE DAY OF THE CLASS TO INSURE THAT THERE IS ROOM AVAILABLE. PLEASE DO NOT SEND PEOPLE WITH OUT SENDING WENDY AN EMAIL ABOUT WHO WILL BE ATTENDING FROM YOUR GROUP.
