Check in for this event will be at 11:30am for cash and inventory managers and 12:30pm for all other stand staff.
All VOLUNTEERS NEED TO WEAR BLACK PANTS, A WHITE T-SHIRT, AND CLOSED TOE SHOES. THEY MUST BRING IN THEIR STATE OR GOVERNMENT ID CARD TO CHECK IN!!!
All hats for this event must be the black Centerplate hats. No other hats will be accepted for this event. Lara will be bringing the hats. Please do not take one at check-in. We do get charged for these hats.
Parking for this event will be at Coors Field in lot A, there will be a shuttle bus that will bring you to the stadium and then back to Coors at the end of the night.
Enter the stadium through the loading docs on the north end of the stadium. The bus will drop you off right there. Take freight elevator to the 5th level. We are in stand 525GF.
